Terms & Conditions
Should you order with Daisy Chain we take this as automatic consent of our terms and conditions, as stated below;
Substitutions – This is avoided as much as possible but sometimes a substitution may be made due to factors such as seasonal availability, product failure or market demand. We will aim to replace any floral with something we deem appropriate and sympathetic to the order placed.
Order Details – We rely on our customers to provide full information regarding shipping and recipients. Should any details be incorrect or the recipient is unavailable (ie – on vacation, in hospital ect) the redirection of the item will incur another charge to yourselves and in some extreme circumstances cancellation of the order maybe necessary with a partial or even no refund offered. This is Daisy Chains decisions and is final.
Peak Periods – At certain times of the year Daisy Chain experiences a substantial flux in trade. At this time it may not be possible to offer same day delivery or even accept the order at all. To avoid disappointment we advise ordering as soon as possible.
Card Messages – Any card messages given by the customer will be written exactly as stated so we can not be accountable for any spelling mistakes – No offensive messages will be accepted.
Availability – Deliveries or collections will only be available during our opening hours. Daisy Chain is closed on recognised bank holidays excluding Good Friday.
Daisy Chain deliveries are created in store then hand delivered by a member of our local team. We never use third party delivery services to courier our designs.
Shipping is available between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday and 8:30am – 4:00pm Saturday’s. For exact information regarding delivery times and dates please consult the information stated at point of order. Re; funeral times, advance ordering requirements etc
Shipping cost is calculated by location and shown at point of checkout separate to the order value.
Should the recipient of any delivery not be available Daisy Chain will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour leaving a calling card at the original address informing that a delivery was attempted. Should this not be possible and delivery can not be made we will leave a calling card and return the item to the store. The recipient can then contact us and arrange collection at their convenience.
We will hold the design for a maximum of 24 hours only then unfortunately the order becomes void with no refund as Daisy Chain has completed their obligations to the order.

Credit cards; Visa, Master card
Debit cards; Visa debit
Cash; In store only
When placing an order via e-commerce your card will be immediately charged.
Cancellation of any order is at Daisy Chains discretion but a longer notice period will effect the conclusion.
To initiate a cancellation you must phone Daisy Chain on 01384 401003 during store opening hours.
Returns / Refunds / Complaints
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order a complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the item. The order must be returned to the store in its original condition where it will be assessed. Any damage caused by the recipient/ customer Daisy Chain wouldn’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
No item will be refunded/exchanged without it being returned to store.
Should the quality of the florals included in the deign be questioned a qualified florist at Daisy Chain will assess the issue. Their professional opinion is final.
Should the florals be found to be of poor quality an exchange will be offered. In exceptional circumstances a full monetary refund will be offered but this would be minus any delivery charge.
During use of Daisy Chains website we ensure that your privacy is protected.
Any identifying information such as names, addresses, emails, contact details and payment methods are not passed onto third parties.
To protect any information we take we have implemented considerable electronic safeguarding procedures with only shipping and contact data available to view on our server.

Credit/Debit details for processing payment
Contact details including IP Address, browser type and refer URL data
This information is kept for internal record keeping and upon your consent to contact customers regarding promotions or special offers.
Under the Data protection act 1998 you can request the personal information that we hold, a minimal fee is payable for this service. To Request this information please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Daisy Chain use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used, thus allowing us to improve our site and tailor it to our customers needs.
